CVC is pleased to announce the closing of the acquisition of DIF Capital Partners and the acquisition of the final 20% stake in Glendower Capital. With immediate effect Glendower Capital is rebranded CVC Secondary Partners, while DIF Capital Partners is rebranded CVC DIF. The respective investment strategies, investment committees and fund names of the individual strategies remain unchanged.
