Khaair Morrison

Khaair serves as Vice President, Legal & Compliance, focusing on advising on the legal aspects of our secondaries transactions, their structures and execution. Prior to joining Glendower, Khaair worked as an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Khaair also gained valuable experience as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, where he represented private equity sponsors and both public and private companies in diverse M&A transactions. Khaair is admitted to practice in New York.

Khaair holds a juris doctorate from Howard University School of Law (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Urban Policy and Community Development from CUNY Baccalaureate School for Unique & Interdisciplinary Studies.
