Rick Steichen

Rick is Legal Counsel (Fundraising), focused on fund formation and structuring matters.  Prior to CVC Secondary Partners, Rick was a Senior Associate in the Luxembourg City office of Loyens & Loeff.  Rick is a qualified Luxembourg lawyer and admitted to practice in England & Wales and New York.

Richard holds an LL.M. from the New York University School of Law and an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Warwick.
